We have recently outlined the strategic direction for Personal Banking. Now we have a lot of challenging and inspiring work ahead of us to further refine the strategy, develop the needed changes and secure a successful implementation in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders, in particular the local management of Personal Banking.

The position we offer
We are looking for Senior Business Developers, who can be a part of one of our two teams ”Customer Segments & Value Propositions (SVP)” and ” Sales Processes & Operating Model (SPOM)”

In both teams you will be a part of delivering on a diverse set of business development responsibilities:

We help formulate the overall strategy and target operating model for Personal Banking,
We develop customer segment and pricing strategies, customer programmes and value propositions, as well as sales processes and service models.
We support the development of advisory tools and processes and performance management, as well as initiatives focusing on further improving customer satisfaction/experience and Nordea profitability.
You will be working in a team consisting of dedicated and ambitious people, who are specialists in the fields of strategy, business development, change management and project management.

You either manage or participate in projects regarding e.g. customer programmes, value propositions, digital customer experiences and advisory, sales processes or experience management.

You will be interfacing with many different stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, both locally and from the other Nordic markets - from senior management level to frontline staff.

Work location is Copenhagen. The position can require travelling between the Nordic offices.

The qualifications you need
We are looking for visionary and creative profiles that are able to do “out-of-the box” thinking in order to provide best in class solutions and secure the most satisfied customers and employees.

You have a commercial mind-set and understand our customers’ needs and preferences as well as the competitive situation and market trends in Personal Banking.

You have worked with digital customer experiences and thrive in an agile environment.

A background from the banking industry or other relevant parts of the financial sector is ideal.

Other important skills and personal qualities that would make you a great match:

A documented ability to transform this knowledge into segment strategies, development plans and successful implementation with a clear business impact.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills enabling you to provide the right solutions
Ensure a professional and close relationships and act as an ambassador to secure strong execution
Positive and outgoing nature and a strong personal drive
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English (both written and spoken).
Strong presentation and communication skills
A Master degree from a relevant field (Business, economics, finance etc.).
Finally, you thrive in a changing environment and contribute to driving the needed changes by working in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
